I mail your lists or templates. If

On this form, you do your own calculations, multiplying
quantity (QTY) times the price for each product and entering it
in the box under the Total PRICE column. Calculate the tax (if you live in
California). Then add shipping and enter the total price of your order. This is the amount
that will be charged to your credit card.
